Ayna Decors takes pride in crafting high-quality products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase. Kindly note that returns or exchanges are not applicable for special orders, items that have been installed, items that are no longer in their original packaging, and other items listed below. Additional exclusions may also apply; please get in touch with us for further details. 

Upon initiating a return or exchange, your item will undergo a thorough inspection. For a complete refund or exchange, it is necessary to return the item with all its components intact. Credits or refunds will be processed based on the purchase price, and any applicable taxes that were charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. While delivery fees are generally non-refundable, an exception is made for cases involving manufacturer defects. It’s important to note that Ayna Decors reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges of items that are not in a pristine, as-new condition due to damage or improper usage by the buyer. 


Bathroom Vanities 

Our return policy for Bathroom Vanities and Vanity Sets extends over a period of 48 hours from the moment the item is delivered to you. This policy is applicable only for damage* or manufacturing defects. To facilitate a smooth process, we kindly request that the item(s) be returned in its original condition – unused and unmodified – along with all the original packaging and proof of purchase. 

LED Mirrors and Medicine Cabinets 

Unopened LED Mirrors and Medicine Cabinets in their original vendor packaging can be exchanged within 48 hours of the delivery date, with proof of purchase, only in the case of damage* or manufacturing defects. Furthermore, should you encounter any technical issues or faults, we kindly advise referring to the warranty section for assistance. 

Special Orders 

Special orders commence production promptly upon order placement and are tailored to your specific requirements. Consequently, these item(s) cannot be cancelled, exchanged, returned, or refunded at any point. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be applied upon order placement. Regarding the remaining balance, you might observe an authorization or pending charge on your credit/debit card. The final balance will be charged to your card upon shipment of your order. 

We request you to carefully inspect your shipment at the time of delivery. In the event that you notice any visible damage, we urge you to avoid accepting the shipment. This proactive step on your part will enable us to expedite the return or exchange process efficiently. 


If the freight company delivering the item has made several unsuccessful attempts to establish a delivery date and time due to inability to contact you, the freight company may impose storage fees. These charges will be applied to the customer’s order. 

In cases where incorrect contact information was provided at the time of placing the order with Ayna Decors, or if a re-consignment (change of address) is requested after the item is already in transit, the customer shall bear responsibility for any resulting fees and any delays in the order’s delivery. Ayna Decors hereby reserves the right to levy additional storage fees on the parties responsible. 


All damaged items must be reported within 48 business hours of delivery. Ayna Decors products are meticulously packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We put significant effort into ensuring that your order reaches you in top-quality condition. 

For evident damages, we kindly request that you refuse delivery immediately. In the case of minor damages, most can be easily resolved by replacing specific parts from Ayna Decors. This often eliminates the need for a complete return of the vanity set. If you do encounter minor damage, please make a note of it on the Proof of Delivery, which the driver will ask you to sign. If a replacement part is necessary, please provide us with pictures of the damaged product. 

Every Ayna Decors product is carefully handcrafted by experienced professionals who invest ample time and care into creating each item as a unique masterpiece. Our commitment extends to delivering not only exceptional quality products but also exceptional customer service. 

Should a product be noted as defective, a return request must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery time. To facilitate a return or replacement of the order, we require photos and videos that clearly demonstrate the defect. Upon receiving this information, Ayna Decors will promptly investigate the issue and offer resolutions and/or approval for the return process. 


For any orders that are cancelled prior to the items being shipped, there will be no delivery fee charged. Instead, a restocking fee of 25% will apply to these cancelled orders. Once an order cancellation is approved, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the status. 

If the order is not in Ayna Decors warehouse and is en route, the shipment cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the 25% restocking fee associated with the order. The customer will also be liable to pay both inbound and outbound shipping charges. 

Please note that we do not accept cancellations for special order items, and the customer is liable for paying all charges incurred to that order. 


We will initiate your refund upon receiving your item(s) at our warehouse. Generally, refunds take 5-7 days, but processing may take up to 2 weeks. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. 

Please take note of the following terms and conditions: 

  • Receipts or proof of purchase must be presented for verification purposes, and the returned item must be in its original condition. This means it should not be altered or used beyond what is considered reasonable for inspection. 
  • For returns other than due to damage or manufacturing defects, a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund amount. 
  • Refunds will be approved only after the returned item(s) have been received and thoroughly inspected at Ayna Decors’ warehouse to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.  

If you are dealing with a marketplace or platform where multiple sellers operate, please be aware that refund and return policies might vary depending on the individual seller.
