Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Ayna Decors, our foremost dedication is to deliver excellence and create a delivery experience that leaves a lasting impression. We meticulously select shipping methods based on each item’s attributes and packaging. In consideration of customer safety following the COVID-19 situation, please be advised that installation and indoor delivery services are temporarily unavailable. Detailed shipping methods for each product can be found below. 

SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY 

Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing Ayna Decors’ contact information. The estimated arrival date provided is approximate and subject to potential changes. 

In the event that you are unable to accept a scheduled delivery, and a subsequent delivery trip or cancellation of the scheduled delivery is necessary, a minimum redelivery fee of $100.00 will be applicable. Should delivery not be accepted within 30 days following notice of merchandise availability, a storage fee of 5% of the total order amount per month will be charged to the credit card or gift card used for the purchase. Failure to accept delivery within 90 days, following merchandise availability notice, gives us the option to cancel your order. In such cases, a refund will be issued, deducting any outstanding storage fees and a 25% restocking fee. 

You will be promptly notified when your items are ready for delivery scheduling. We kindly request that you arrange receipt within 30 days. During the scheduling process, please inform Ayna Decors of any specific delivery requirements, such as the necessity for small trucks due to narrow roads or driveways, restricted delivery timeframes per local ordinances, gated entry access, proof of insurance for high-rise or condominium buildings, multiple flights of stairs, and service elevator reservations.

Heavy and Bulky Items 

At Ayna Decors, we recognize that some items we offer are larger or heavier, necessitating special handling during shipping. To ensure transparency and a seamless shopping experience, we’ve established standard shipping rates for such bulky products. These rates are diligently calculated to encompass extra handling, packaging, and transportation expenses linked to these items. We prioritize the care of your purchases from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Small Parcels Shipping (UPS / USPS) 

Our small parcel will generally be shipped via UPS or USPS and will incur a standard shipping rate determined by the courier, based on factors such as destination, package weight, and shipping speed. In-stock UPS items with Standard UPS shipping service should arrive within ten days from the receipt of your order. Expedited UPS shipping, including Two Business Day or Next Business Day options, is available at an additional charge. Shipping Rates and Delivery Dates are determined by the respective courier charges. 

For items that are out of stock, the estimated date is the approximate date when the order is expected to arrive and is subject to change. 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS 

International and US Territories Shipping 

We ship to the U.S. Territories, which include Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, subject to applicable courier charges. For international clients, you can have your orders delivered to a U.S. freight forwarder of your choice or contact us for more information. 

APO/FPO/DPO/PO BOXES 

Please note that currently, we are unable to facilitate shipments to PO boxes, APO, and FPO addresses.
